Holiday Cheer Party!

 

Celebrate the holiday season with a drop-in Holiday Cheer Party at Hackley Library!

Enjoy trivia, bingo, crafts, and light refreshments. We'll have holiday music playing in the background, plus our Friends of Hackley Library will have some books for sale! 

While this is technically an adult services program, kids, teens, and families are all welcome to come and enjoy!

FREE Prints for Hackley Library Card Holders

 

Hackley Library Card Holders can now print up to twenty (20) pages for FREE, per day!

If you reside in HPL's service district and don't have a library card, visit the circulation desk at Hackley Library and we can get you set up with a library card!

To get a library card, all you need is a valid state I.D. or driver's license with your most current address.

New furniture has been added to our TEEN ROOM at Hackley Library!

Drop by on Monday, November 14 from 3:30-4:30pm for a creative teen craft, and spend some time chilling out in our Teen Room.

Intro to Little Bits!

Explore with STEAM activities at Hackley Public Library, during our Intro to Little Bits classes!

What are Little Bits?

They are colorful electronic bits that easily snap together, giving you countless opportunities to create fully functioning inventions!
We have a session for kids in grades 3-5, and a session for kids in grades 6-8.

In-Person / Drop-In at Hackley Library

Drop by the library for information and swag from several different area organizations!

Housing options, information on food assistance, childcare, healthcare, higher education, job search/employment, mental healthcare, pet care, and everything in between.  

There will be a special Story Time in our Youth Services department at 10:30am in celebration of this resource fair, with some giveaways for kiddos!

Throughout the day, snacks and light refreshments will be available (while supplies last)!

Stop by anytime during open hours (9am-5pm) and put together a personalized bag (bags will be provided) of information, resources, and fun swag to connect you with people, organizations, and diverse care options in our community!  For a list of some of the organizations providing information, visit HERE.  Free.
