| Dessert Contest Saturday, November 6 2:00 pm Cakes, cobblers, pies, puddings, and more! The contest is open to kids and teens with a favorite dessert to share. Elizabeth Folke, Bakery and Pastry instructor at the Culinary Institute of MIchigan will be the celebrity judge. She'll pick the overall "Best Dessert." | The Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera-Moving Beyond the Automatic settings Tuesday, November 9 6:00 pm Paul Petersen returns to teach this intermediate camera class. He will cover many of the manual settings on digital cameras. This class is geared to people who use a digital SLR, are already comfortable with the automatic settings on their cameras and want to move on to more advanced camera techniques.
